Tractor Tom is a British computer-animated children's TV programme, produced by the Contender Entertainment Group and Hibbert Ralph Entertainment. Two series were produced, consisting of 26 eleven-minute episodes each, which was aired between 9 February 2002 and 2004 respectively. It was the first program produced by home media distributor Contender, who later went on to produce the worldwide hit Peppa Pig. The show originally aired on CITV in the UK, and also aired in other countries like New Zealand and Australia and in Canada, where it played on Kids' CBC over there. Set on the idyllic Springhill Farm, brave and resourceful Tractor Tom and his human, animal and vehicle friends have fun and adventures at both work and play. The first series featured Liza Tarbuck and James Nesbitt as Farmer Fi and Matt respecitively, but the vehicles only communicated through engine sounds.

Buzz sets out to solve a farmyard mystery involving spinning animals. Meanwhile, poor old Tom has engine ache.

Episode 24 - Tom Hatches an Egg

It was springtime and lots of new animals were being born. Matt paints a chair for Fi and then goes looking for anything else to paint while Tom cares for a mystery egg.

Episode 23 - Carrot Dance

Fi is off to the farmers dance so Tom and Buzz need to get the carrots picked for her. Trouble is, the carrots are tricky to pick and Fi's dance partner hasn't got much rhythm!

Everyone is working hard on the harvest. Everyone except the sheep who seem determined to bring some chaos to Tom's day!

Episode 21 - A Song for the Farm

Everyone except Rora is soon singing Wheezy's wonderful songs. Rora just wants to have a nice quiet place to sleep but eventually realises that the barn isn't so bad after all.

Episode 20 - The Big Adventure

Tom gets a puncture on the way to the market, and Buzz and Rora teach Wheezy just how powerful imagination can be.

Episode 19 - Rev the Hero

Rev just wants to be a hero, but when pride gets the better of him, he goes the wrong way about it. After some help from Tom, forgetful Matt gets some help from Rev proving that he is a hero after all.

Episode 18 - Wheezy Wings

Moving the sheep into another field proves harder than it seems and all the vehicles have a go at flying. All except Wheezy, he needs a little help from all of his friends.

Episode 17 - Rora and the Rain

A hole in the barn roof causes problems on a rainy day when Rora must overcome her fear of getting wet and bring in the hay for the winter.
