Dr Savage treats a recently released prisoner who has previously struggled with depression, while Dr Opong sees a patient who is terrified that, like his mother, he might have cancer. Dr Parker prepares to reveal whether a patient is finally pregnant with her longed-for child and Dr Ferdinand provides reassurance for an elderly man who has just been discharged from hospital. The programme also accompanies Dr Kerali on a home visit to a disabled patient who is suffering from open sores on her lower body.

Dr Huong's patient arrives in agony, suffering from sore testicles, a cancer survivor returns to her regular GP, Dr Parker, to receive potentially devastating test results and Dr Opong performs a rectal exam on a man experiencing stomach pains and a worrying bleed. Meanwhile, a local resident wants help to control his temper, emotions run high when Dr Ferdinand informs a patient he needs a knee operation and Dr Savage diagnoses a man with diabetes

Dr Ferdinand has a difficult task when he has to break the news of a woman's dementia to her children, while Dr Parker realises that an elderly patient who has recently lost her sister and husband is suffering with loneliness. Dr Trinh fears that an overweight woman who is failing to take her blood pressure tablets may be putting herself at risk of a stroke. Elsewhere in the practice, a baby is brought in with conjunctivitis, there is a case of deep vein thrombosis and a patient who has eaten nothing but crocodile meat has severe constipation
