The year is 2031. In a New India – of towering smart holograms and drone superhighways – hard-boiled Cyber Crime detective Saajan Kundu is called out of retirement when a self-driving taxi is hacked and ordered to kill an anonymous human victim. Unit 9191 is on the edge chasing Hasan and Sajid, who have come to Mumbai from Uttar Pradesh. Also, chasing Rajesh Sharma alias Jamaal Khan, who has absconded after the Unit 9191 traced him. Will they be successful or fail once again?
After repeated failures of the Unit 9191, Amitabh bargains for more time. He is given an ultimatum of one month to show a real case and reason to continue with the unit. Will the Unit 9191 be successful in decoding two calls that they receive just before Independence Day!
